The Pesticides & Toxic Chemicals Control Board (PTCCB)
PTCCB of Antigua and Barbuda was established to regulate the importation, distribution, sale, and use of pesticides and toxic chemicals within the country. Its formation reflects Antigua’s commitment to protecting public health, agricultural interests, and the environment from the harmful effects of chemical substances.

Made in exercise of the powers contained in section 15 of the Pesticides and Toxic Chemicals Act, 2008. - The Precursor Chemicals Act, 2010
To regulate, supervise and monitor the importation, exportation, manufacture, sale, distribution, use and storage of precursor chemicals and any other chemicals capable of being used for the purpose of the illicit manufacture of controlled drugs or psychotropic substances and for incidental and connected purposes.

Regulations Passed
